Kevin Smith

Kevin as Director of Asset Management is responsible for the asset management and property management functions across North Park Ventures’ portfolio. Prior to joining North Park Ventures, Kevin was the Director of Asset Management at Back Nine Apartment Investors and has over 10 years of real estate experience in the acquisition, leasing, management and disposition of over $175 million of assets. Prior to Back Nine, Kevin founded a boutique real estate investment firm focused on distressed acquisitions of residential and commercial properties in Central Florida. Kevin also has 10 years of financial services experience where he focused on the sales/trading of securities collateralized by commercial and residential real estate debt with institutional investors.
