Kevin Skillestad

Kevin started his real estate career in 2005 at Neil Walter Company, focusing on both leasing and sales of industrial properties in the Puget Sound area. He previously worked in advertising sales as well as the front office of the Seattle Mariners, which haven’t made the playoffs since his departure in 2002. Some of his clients include Georgetown Brewing and Schwartz Brothers Bakery. He has also worked with many institutional clients including Prologis, Terreno, Centerpoint, DeutscheBank, Lift Partners and Redco. Kevin grew up in Eastern Washington and now enjoys spending time with his family traveling the world. Most of his weekends are spent with his wife Karly chasing their kids around the country playing in lacrosse tournaments. He remains hopeful that the Mariners will make the playoffs again and always remain optimistic that next year is the year. In the meantime, he will keep distracted with Kraken hockey.
