Kevin Scott

Kevin joined Bunnell Hill Construction, The Schueler Group's in-house commercial construction company, in 1992 as a sales agent. Over the years, Kevin has played an integral role in BHC’s growth and ability to provide seamless commercial contracting and construction services, and today he is responsible for its day-to-day operations. Kevin is a licensed commercial real estate agent, so his expertise and experience encompasses the entire process of land development: from initial purchase or lease to completion of construction. He uses his unique skill set to ensure that each of Bunnell Hill Construction’s clients experiences a smooth commercial construction process that is completed on budget and on time. A staple of commercial and industrial real estate in the Cincinnati-Dayton-Northern Kentucky corridor, Kevin is committed to helping business growth in the region. He sat on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Warren County for several years, and has often shared his real estate market expertise with local publications. He is also frequently recognized by commercial real estate boards and organizations for his commitment to providing businesses looking to expand with comprehensive real estate development services that set them up for success.
