Kevin Schmitz

Kevin Schmitz is Vice President in the Investment Sales group at RIPCO Real Estate. His experience covers a wide selection of asset classes and he has extensive knowledge in the Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island markets. Prior to joining RIPCO, Kevin worked as a Director of Capital Markets and Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield. While at Cushman & Wakefield, he succeeded in over $600 million in real estate transactions in the capital markets and has performed over 700 broker opinion of values. Kevin studied at the University of Delaware where he earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics & Finance and a minor in International Business, studying in Australia & New Zealand for one semester. Kevin lives in Brooklyn and enjoys attending concerts, traveling, running and the outdoors in his free time.
