Kevin Saxe serves as a Senior Vice President and is a member of the CBRE Houston Corporate Occupier Partnership, leading a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds in structured finance, corporate real estate portfolio optimization, corporate real estate legal strategies, and traditional office lease negotiations. Over his 15-year career, Saxe has exclusively specialized in representing corporate users, earning himself a reputation as one of the top professionals in Houston. He is considered a progressive advocate for companies looking to centralize a real estate portfolio and/or align their real estate spend with corporate financial objectives. He has appeared on the cover of the Houston Business Journal as a “top Commercial Real Estate Broker in Houston” and has earned the Houston Heavy Hitter award on numerous occasions. He is active in the community and currently serves as the President of the Houston Office Leasing Broker Association, sits on numerous non-profit Boards, and is a committed husband and father of four.
