Kevin is the most tenured debt agent with long standing relationships and played an integral role in the growth of Barrington and the transition to Matthews™ Capital Markets. Kevin helped grow the division while mentoring agents and sourcing debt from strong relationships with banks, credit unions, conduits, and life insurance companies for commercial real estate properties nationwide.
