Kevin Phelan has over ten years of experience covering multiple asset classes, including serving as a Senior Associate with CBRE’s #1 retail team globally and Director of a NYC based brokerage. He prides himself on his experience with complex deal-making, lease/sale negotiations, market analysis and extensive professional network. Kevin considers the commercial real estate industry a lifestyle and it is his pleasure to bring hard work, discipline, and commitment to the Capstone team. He holds a real estate license in Colorado, California, and New York, and is certified with Distinction from the Terry Lundgren School of retailing and currently working on his CCIM certificate. Kevin’s goal as a Senior Advisor is to bring a collaborative process to client’s investment strategy, which will ensure he maximizes the asset’s value. When not working, Kevin stays physically active from trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. He considers affordable housing an essential element of a healthy community, and enjoys volunteering in his spare time to organizations that help prevent homelessness.
