Kevin O'Leary

Kevin O’Leary started his career with O’Leary Partners in 2014. Kevin is proficient in many areas of the retail commercial real estate industry. He is responsible for the leasing and property management of multiple centers. In addition, he assists in tenant representation, helping retail tenants secure strategic locations. Kevin has experience in the negotiation and closing of retail developments. Kevin holds a degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Young Council. Kevin was a member of the 2016 Million Dollar Club with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the Georgia CCIM chapter.
