Kevin Morgan

Kevin is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and securing equity/debt financing for all of our acquisitions, with a specialized understanding of hospitality and leisure assets. In previous posts, Kevin was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group in New York City. At Deutsche Bank he executed numerous equity and debt capital raises, joint ventures, and M&A assignments. Across several transactions, Kevin helped lead the efforts in advising senior management and the Board of Directors on acquisitions, sales and financings, working on several key transactions for clients including Great Wolf Resorts, Morgans Hotel Group, Prologis, Six Flags, SL Green and Wyndham Worldwide. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Kevin spent two years at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the investment banking division.
