ABOUT

As an Advisor at MECA, Kevin brings a global perspective and a deep passion for real estate. Born in France and raised in Luxembourg, he holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Management from HEC Liege, Belgium. Kevin’s career began at Deloitte Luxembourg as a Program Management Consultant focusing on the banking and IT sector. He then transitioned to Childcare chain Invictus, where he played a key role in creating a €7 million real estate debt fund specialized in the acquisition of Childcare real estate, sparking his interest in commercial real estate. Before joining MECA in 2024, Kevin was a Seller Agent at Nexvia, achieving €16 million in annual residential real estate sales. With a passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and a keen eye for problem solving, Kevin is committed to being a valuable part of his clients’ commercial real estate journeys. He actively invests in early-stage startups, with five investments to date, and continues to run Only Tailor, a custom-made clothing business he founded in 2023. In addition to his NC Real Estate Broker License, Kevin holds an International Certificate of Corporate Finance (ICCF), a Real Estate Financial Modeling Certificate, and a Regulated Access to Real Estate Professions in Luxembourg Certificate. He is also a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CRCBR). Kevin lives in Huntersville with his wife, Hannah, and their son, Raphael.
