With his family's roots planted in northern California’s Wine Country for the past three generations, Kevin McDonald has a solid foundation and understanding of the area and its residents. His experience includes representing discerning Buyers and Sellers in Northern Sonoma and Southern Mendocino Counties for the better half of the past decade. Kevin’s dedication to his clients and consistent production have elevated him to be one of the top Realtors in his local market. Kevin has developed a strong skillset in marketing and transacting rural estates with commercial components, such as vineyards, alternative ag properties, and wineries, while maintaining a strong foundation in residential real estate. Kevin believes in constantly honing his skills to better serve his clients by completing courses such as Harvard Law’s Program on Negotiation and earning the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Kevin is currently completing courses to gain his CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), as many wine country estates also include a commercial component, such as a vineyard or winery. Kevin is an extremely self-driven individual who takes pride in effective and continued communication from beginning to end. He looks forward meeting and helping new people as well as maintaining solid relationships with those he already knows.
