Kevin McConn is a Managing Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, wherehe focuses on the disposition of office properties, primarily in the Houston and surrounding areas, for both private and institutional clients. Since joining JLL, Kevin has been involved in closing more than $4 billion in transactions. Kevin has over 19 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining the JLL’s Capital Markets group, Kevin was a Development Manager at CBRE and Trammell Crow Company specializing in the development and construction of office and retail properties.Kevin’s experience has provided him with a strong understanding of leasing, due diligence, financial analysis as well as development, construction and transaction management.
