A Colorado native, Matthews decided to go back home and with that move joined the SVN Denver retail and office team in 2010. With a specialization in the Acquisition/Disposition of Retail Investment Property, Kevin brings a wide range of skills to the team including precise property valuation, marketing, and a mindset that a good broker is always networking. With over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Matthews has closed over $500 million in transaction volume. Kevin is a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is also a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers.
