Kevin Land was hired in October 2012 as the Director of KW Commercial in Visalia, CA. Mr. Land specializes in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate primarily in Fresno, Tulare and Kings Counties. Land offers a full range of commercial brokerage services including: Investment Sales, Seller/Landlord representation, Buyer/Tenant representation, opinion of value, marketing strategies, market reports, Investment analysis, 1031 exchange solutions and contract negotiation throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. Kevin Land began his real estate career in 2004 at CB Richard Ellis in Fresno, CA where he specialized in the selling and leasing of commercial properties. Land spent 9 years at CB Richard Ellis before he was given the opportunity to start the Commercial Division for Keller Williams in Visalia, CA. Kevin is a graduate from Cal State University of Fresno, a Rotarian of the Downtown Rotary Club of Visalia, and is a member of KW Commercial International.
