Kevin Kaplan, CCIM

Kevin brings over seven years of experience in commercial brokerage including representation of landlord assignments, tenant representation, lease negotiations, lease renewals, acquisitions, and sales. Kevin has an extensive track record and success in multiple aspects of commercial brokerage including industrial, office, land, and retail transactions. Prior to joining Entre, Kevin was a top producing senior broker for Premier Commercial Realty as a part of a seasoned brokerage team in the north & northwest Chicago markets. Kevin graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University where he majored in history, along with, a master’s degree in education from American College of Education. During his time at Illinois Wesleyan University, Kevin was the team captain of the football team and went on to receive All-American accolades in 2002. Kevin also holds a CCIM membership which is recognized as one of the top commercial real estate designations in the nation.
