Kevin Johnson

Kevin is a 13 year veteran Realtor who founded Factor 8 Realty in 2023. He has helped over 400 happy clients buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate all over Greater Houston and surrounding areas. Kevin is also about to celebrate his 20th wedding anniversary and has 6 awesome kids. Prior to Real Estate Kevin raced motocross and performed FMX for 16 years.
