Kevin Jahnke joined IPO in 2019 with an immediate emphasis on participating in the company’s market expansion into the State of Indiana, along with multifamily investment sales in other parts of the Midwest. In 2025, Kevin lead the company’s expansion into the Florida market. In this short time, Kevin’s success as a broker has been very impactful for IPO and its extended client base, with sales of more than 5,000 multifamily apartment units representing in excess of $400 million in transactional revenue. Prior to his career with IPO, Kevin acquired significant knowledge and market experience working in a senior-level position with a global brokerage firm where he had exposure to a broad array of asset deals from office to multifamily, both lease and investment. Kevin’s brokerage background and industry experience is further supported by his personal track record as an investor in multifamily apartments and property management in the Metro Detroit market. Kevin has emerged as an important part of IPO’s team by bringing valuable advocacy, brokerage skills and a strong background in finance. This impressive background, along with Kevin’s inherent passion for the multifamily real estate industry, allowed his transition to the highly specialized brokerage team at IPO to be viewed as both easy and natural. He is active in three states with high-profile deals such as: The Harrison in Royal Oak, MI (75 units valued at $29.1 million), Parkview Apartments in Columbus, OH (216 units valued at $30 million), and Serenity Park in Indianapolis, IN (362 units valued at $24.9 million). Kevin’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Western Michigan University. He is a licensed broker in Indiana, and a sales associate in Michigan and Ohio. Mr. Jahnke graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Finance.
