Kevin Jahnke

Kevin Jahnke joined IPO in 2019 with an immediate emphasis on participating in the company’s market expansion into the State of Indiana, along with multifamily investment sales in other parts of the Midwest. In this short time, Kevin’s success as a broker has been very impactful for IPO and its extended client base, with sales of more than 4,300 multifamily apartment units representing in excess of $330 million in transactional revenue. Prior to his career with IPO, Kevin acquired significant knowledge and market experience working in a senior-level position with a global brokerage firm where he had exposure to a broad array of asset deals from office to multifamily, both lease and investment. Kevin’s brokerage background and industry experience is further supported by his personal track record as an investor in multifamily apartments and property management in the Metro Detroit market. Kevin has emerged as an important part of IPO’s team by bringing valuable advocacy, brokerage skills and a strong background in finance. Mr. Jahnke graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Finance.
