Kevin Irwin, SIOR

Kevin Irwin is a Senior Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., which he joined in 2019 to work alongside Robert Stout on the leasing, sales, and acquisition of industrial properties in Rutherford County and the greater Nashville metro area. He holds a B.B.A. in Managerial Finance and Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. Before entering commercial real estate, he trained obedience and gundogs for Sporting Life Kennels in Oxford, Mississippi, and also interned with Speed Commercial Real Estate under company president Jeff Speed. His professional affiliations include NAIOP Nashville’s Developing Leaders program, the Nashville Junior Chamber, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and Delta Waterfowl.
