Kevin Holland

Kevin is a Principal with Edge Capital Markets in Houston. He brings over 24 years of diverse real estate experience, including assisting clients with debt and equity, purchasing non-performing loans, acquiring properties on behalf of public REITS, and disposition of properties and portfolios for private and institutional clients. A partial listing of clients represented includes Regency, AEW, Brixmor Property Group, Regency Centers, Sun Life, CIM, The Ainbinder Company, Miller Real Estate Investments and Gulf Coast Commercial. Kevin has specialized in developing strategies for the disposition of retail properties for private and institutional clients in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, as well on a national basis for portfolios in over $4 billion in transactions in more than 50 markets in 18 states. Prior to Edge, Kevin served as an Executive Director with Cushman and Wakefield in Houston, Texas.
