Kevin Hegg

Kevin Hegg is a Vice President of Ashley Capital. Mr. Hegg’s primary responsibilities are the leasing, acquisition, disposition and redevelopment of properties as well as the research and development of new market initiatives. Prior to joining Ashley Capital in 2002, Mr. Hegg was with Cushman & Wakefield of Michigan. First, as an industrial broker from 1995 until 1997 during which time he was recognized as the Midwest Rookie of the Year Award, won the Service Excellence Award and qualified for the annual National Achievement Conference. In 1999, Mr. Hegg was named the Managing Director for Michigan, a position he held until joining Ashley Capital. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Mr. Hegg practiced law in the Washington, DC area after graduating from the George Mason University School of Law. Mr. Hegg has completed numerous transactions with Fortune 500 companies including GM, Ford, Chrysler, GE, Steelcase and Canadian National Railroad.
