Kevin Hassenflu

Kevin joined the Fidelis team in October of 2022 and serves in roles pertaining to equity fund management and capital markets. In these roles, he is involved in a variety of tasks related to the investments and management of Fidelis’ equity funds as well as managing the portfolio of loans that support Fidelis’ retail assets. Prior to joining Fidelis, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for a private equity company focused on originating and managing a debt fund of apartment construction loans. Before that, he served in a number of positions focusing on relationship management, portfolio management, and analysis of commercial real estate lending. He started his career as a member of an officer development program after college. Before starting his career, Kevin graduated with a BBA in finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He was raised in Houston and in his spare time enjoys traveling, exploring restaurants, cooking, spending time with friends and family, watching and playing a variety of different sports, and skiing every opportunity he gets.
