Kevin Gonzalez is a commercial real estate advisor with Colliers, providing leasing advisory services to corporate, institutional, and private clients across South Florida. He advises owners and occupiers on leasing strategy and execution for Class A and legacy office properties, drawing on a comprehensive view of market dynamics to help clients navigate both opportunities and risk. Kevin has been involved in more than 50 million square feet of leasing activity, representing over $5 billion in transaction volume. His experience spans complex lease negotiations, building repositioning, and new building deliveries, where clients rely on his ability to structure solutions that align real estate strategy with broader business objectives. Kevin’s perspective is shaped by representing both landlords and tenants, allowing him to deliver informed, market-driven guidance and consistently optimal outcomes. Kevin is part of Colliers’ leading South Florida brokerage team, offering clients the scale, resources, and market intelligence of a deeply integrated platform. Prior to joining Colliers, he spent nine years with CBRE’s Agency Leasing group and earlier in his career worked in private capital and asset management roles.
