Kevin Gaines

Kevin Gaines is a lifelong resident of Wilson County. Raised in Mt. Juliet, an alumni of Friendship Christian School & Middle Tennessee State University, Kevin has lived in several areas of Wilson County including Mt. Juliet/Lakeview, Tuckers Crossroads/Watertown, and Lebanon. Prior to entering the real-estate profession Kevin worked in sales & operations for over 20 years in the Transportation industry. During that career he worked for some of the U.S.’s largest and also smallest transportation companies. He filled many roles in that career from loader to Vice President and is best known for his competitive nature and burning desire to out-work the competition. In 2012 Jackie Gaither convinced Kevin to make the move to Cumberland Real Estate to work as a team. Their goal is to provide the highest level of service available in the market’s they serve and to do it in the most professional manner possible.
