Kevin Ellis

Kevin is a skilled Northeast Indiana broker specializing in the representation of landlords, tenants, owner-users, and investors in all class types. Kevin began his real estate career 25 years ago at a private equity firm handling both property management and leasing of company-owned assets. Previously with NAI Harding Dahm, he served as a Senior Property Manager & Construction Manager, overseeing a portfolio of over 1.3 million square feet, inclusive of all property types, where he held the record for achieving operational performance budgets for his managed portfolio. In 2016, Kevin started The Ellis Group, a commercial real estate services & holdings firm. He joined Sturges in 2019 to share resources with other seasoned professionals to achieve the most effective results for his clients. Kevin is an owner and investor in several commercial properties and businesses. Kevin provides expert advice and guidance to clients while demonstrating a high level of dedication and reliability by achieving positive outcomes and following through.
