Kevin Dufour

Kevin Dufour, Senior Director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in 2021 as part of the firm’s acquisition of FourPoint Investment Sales Partners. Based in Austin, Texas, Mr. Dufour is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales in Central Texas and student housing sales across the United States. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Dufour was the founding Partner of FourPoint Investment Sales Partners’ Multifamily team in 2015, where he closed and participated in over $2 billion in total sales. Prior to his brokerage career, Mr. Dufour’s primary focus was asset valuation for an internationally recognized brokerage house, where he was a top producer and valued over $15 billion of commercial real estate assets across the Southwest. Mr. Dufour received a Bachelor of Arts in business economics from The University of Texas at Austin, and earned a master’s degree in real estate from Texas A&M University.
