Kevin Driver will work alongside Executive Vice President, Deming Fish, to support Colliers’ continued growth, expand service offerings, and meet the evolving needs of clients across the region. With 15 years of office leasing experience and more than 750 transactions totaling 4.5 million square feet, Kevin brings complementary expertise that strengthens Colliers’ team-based approach. Deming, a longtime leader recognized for his extensive client relationships and market insight, will continue to play a key role in shaping strategy, mentoring talent, and delivering exceptional results. Over the course of Kevin’s career, he has successfully completed more than 650 transactions totaling more than 3,800,000 square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $650,000,000. Prior to working at Colliers, Kevin began his career with Stream Realty Partners and CBRE. He was responsible for managing a portfolio of 1,400,000 square feet of trophy office buildings on behalf of the owner, CBRE Global Investors.
