Kevin Dougherty has five years of experience in commercial real estate representing landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers of industrial and flex properties predominantly in the Northern Virginia and Maryland markets. Mr. Dougherty’s significant brokerage experience includes the leasing of Fleet Industrial Park, Beltway Business Center, Concorde Industrial Center, Dulles North Corporate Park, and Duke Shirley Industrial Park. He has also participated in the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate and developable land totaling over $100 million. Mr. Dougherty graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and Georgetown University with a Master of Professional Studies degree in Real Estate.
