ABOUT

Kevin has represented such notable national retailers as Aldi Food Market, Bed Bath & Beyond, Buy Buy Baby, AutoZone, Panera Bread, Chili’s, Taco Bell and other retailers expand throughout the Northeast from New York to Maine. In the twenty years that Kevin has been involved in tenant representation, he has built a strong reputation with retailers based on his knowledge of the retail corridors that make up the Northeast and his relationships with the landlords and developers that are active throughout the territory. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in the fall of 2021, Kevin was a tenant broker at SullivanHayes since 2003 which is a boutique retail brokerage company based in Farmington, CT. After graduating from college, Kevin started his career at Sapient Corporation, a leading business/technology company. Kevin spent six years at Sapient where he first began working in the real estate world. Kevin finished at Sapient within the real estate expansion team focused on their domestic expansion plans opening offices in markets such as Cambridge, MA, Austin, TX, Houston, TX and Washington, D.C. Kevin holds a degree in History from Providence College in Providence, RI. He is also an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
