Kevin has personally acquired, managed, and operated a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial properties, giving him firsthand experience that extends far beyond traditional brokerage services. His background as a real estate investor allows him to analyze opportunities through the lens of cash flow, risk management, value creation, and long-term wealth building. Prior to joining REAL Broker Alaska, Kevin served as President and Principal Broker of Real Estate Brokers of Alaska, where he led one of Alaska's largest independent brokerages. He is also a former President of The Real Estate Exchange, where he spent nearly 20 years teaching real estate sales, investing, negotiation, and business development to industry professionals throughout Alaska. In addition to his real estate career, Kevin is an experienced entrepreneur who has owned and operated businesses in real estate, property management, commercial services, mining, and hospitality-related ventures. His broad business background enables him to understand the challenges faced by investors, developers, business owners, and commercial property operators. Kevin is known for his creative problem-solving, strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of Alaska's real estate market, and commitment to helping clients maximize value in every transaction.
