As a member of the Industrial Tenant Representation division of Stream Houston, Kevin Caywood advises business owners and tenants on strategy and solutions for industrial real estate. Whether searching for new space or expanding current facilities, he provides expert guidance and support every step of the way. Kevin received a degree in Finance from Ole Miss in 2015. After spending five years in Austin working in commercial real estate, he moved to Houston to pursue a career in his hometown. Kevin’s passion for helping his clients allows him to fulfill his responsibilities which include assisting with market research, strategic planning, negotiations, and transaction management. Kevin’s knowledge and experience helps mitigate risk and save time/money for his clients, while providing first class service.
