Kevin Carr has deep roots in the Toledo area, growing up here and then attending St Francis de Sales High School. He has maintained a vast professional network since coming back to Toledo after college. Prior to starting a career in Commercial Real Estate, Kevin was a Part-Owner/VP of Sales for a Facility Cleaning/Packaging Supply company in Toledo, OH. After 8 successful years, they decided to sell the company, which has allowed Kevin to pursue his passion for commercial real estate. In his previous role, he successfully invested in various real estate deals. He is very excited to be taking his professional sales and investment real estate experience to help clients sell, buy, and lease commercial properties. In his downtime, you’ll find Kevin spending time with his family, golfing, playing squash, or exploring our country’s various National Parks.
