Kevin Call is a principal at Kelly & Call Commercial, specializing in business and commercial property brokerage across Northern Arizona. With over 30 years of CPA experience, Kevin serves as a strategic advisor to business sellers and buyers, guiding them through the often-complex process of completing successful business sale transactions. He works closely with owners, buyers, attorneys, bankers, CPAs, brokers and other transaction decision makers to help consummate a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions in a number of industries. Kevin also represents business owners, investors, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. Working closely with business owners, Kevin develops exit strategies that allow them to move forward with their lives and/or careers, after having run a successful business. He also works with buyers who are seeking to start down a new path by acquiring a new business. Having owned and operated companies in the retail, restaurant, convenience store and hospitality industries, Kevin understands business from the viewpoint of both the owner and entrepreneur. His operational and ownership experience allows him to advise business owners on how to maximize their company’s value.
