Responsible for running all aspects of this 23 acre industrial property located at the entrance to Port Manatee. PMCC consists of 7 buildings totaling 360,000 square feet of industrial storage and office/warehouse. Activities include developing marketing plans to support leasing and operations, networking with local business leaders and government officials to attract new business to PMCC, accounting for revenue and expenses for ten corporations operating in the state of Florida, developing operations and maintenance programs to support our Asset Management Strategy and web site development and maintenance to increase exposure and drive traffic to the property.
