Kevin Brandes, born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, graduated from Towson University and began his career in real estate in 2014. With a focus on expanding ONE Street into Property Management and Commercial Leasing, Kevin secured over $100 million in management contracts, directed 75+ apartment renovations and managed 20+ major capital improvement projects in 3 years. Promoted in 2022 to Director of Business Development, Kevin successfully completed numerous commercial transactions and launched a third-party asset management service for family offices. In 2024, Kevin advanced to Managing Director of ONE Street Commercial Properties, overseeing all commercial transactions, asset management and development management alongside Sunil Chhabra.
