Kevin Bell

Ayrshire-born Kevin Bell is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS registered valuer based in our Ayr office. That was then An associate, he joined the firm in 1998, originally in the Glasgow office prior to relocating to the Ayr office in 2005. Kevin has overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Ayrshire commercial property department, which includes valuations, commercial agency and rent reviews. He is currently president of the Rotary Club of Ayr and is closely involved in all its fundraising activities. He enjoys listening to, and making, music and, other than ability, has all the attributes of a keen amateur golfer.
