Kevin Apel

Kevin Apel is Senior Vice President, Market Officer, at Prologis overseeing leasing and operations for the 60+ Million square foot Inland Empire market portfolio. Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Apel was an Asset Manager for KTR Capital Partners (Southern California, Seattle & Arizona), and was responsible for property and portfolio level analysis within the Company’s asset management group, including lease analysis and negotiation, budgeting, forecasting and valuations. Previously, Mr. Apel was a Vice President for RREEF/DB Real Estate with responsibilities that included the negotiation and execution of all leases, property inspections and tenant improvements as well as the strategic oversight and implementation of 4.75 million square feet of industrial warehouse and R&D space in the Los Angeles market. Mr. Apel began his career at Lee & Associates – Commerce specializing in both the sale and leasing of institutional and private client industrial, manufacturing and warehousing facilities in the Central Los Angeles market in Southern California. Mr. Apel received a bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is currently a member of NAIOP SoCal.
