Keto Burns

Keto Burns was born and raised in St. Augustine and knows the area extremely well. As a competitive surfer, he traveled the world extensively and became acquainted with many other coastal communities. Those experiences made Keto realize how there truly is no place like his home of St. Augustine. Keto obtained his real estate license in 2013 and starting selling real estate at Southern Realty under founder/mentor Patrick Hamilton. In January of 2018, Keto acquired the firm and is now the broker and owner. He wants to keep the company relatively small and focus on quality of service over quantity of homes sold. He does business all over St. Augustine but specializes in ocean and intracoastal front real estate in southern St. John’s County. Keto has a deep appreciation of his home’s outstanding coastal environment, which largely contributes to how he chooses to do business. He believes this area would not be as special of a place to call home if it weren’t for its magnificent environment. That being said, he proudly serves on the board of SACA, South Anastasia Communities Association, an association actively involved in protecting the integrity and character of our area. Aside from business, Keto is married with two children and enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family, surfing the local beach breaks, and fishing in the flats of the Matanzas River.
