Kerry Wood has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, and public service. Her brokerage experience began at a boutique firm in Westport, CT, followed by positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Trinity Real Estate Group in upstate New York, and New England Retail Properties, Inc. Throughout her career, Kerry has represented both national and regional tenants across a range of markets, demonstrating a talent for tackling complex leasing challenges - from full-scale repositioning of shopping centers to strategic ground-up development initiatives. In addition to her commercial real estate brokerage work, Kerry currently serves in the Connecticut General Assembly, where she chairs the Insurance & Real Estate Committee. Her legislative efforts have earned her accolades from the Connecticut Restaurant Association and the Retail Merchants Network, both of which named her Legislator of the Year for her work advancing policies that support a strong and dynamic state economy.
