Kerry Riley

Kerry Riley is a mixed-use, office and industrial investment advisor with over 23 years of professional experience. Focus of Riley’s practice is on Office and Industrial Assets, and Urban Mixed Use commercial real estate sales. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in September 2019, Riley worked as a commercial real estate broker for 20 years and prior to real estate, a Certified Public Accountant specializing in real estate partnerships and tax compliance. In addition, he arranged land and retail/office sales and leasing. He was honored as a CoStar Power Broker. Riley has completed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions in the Greater Richmond and Hampton Roads, Virginia markets. Located in the firm’s Richmond office, he uses his wealth of experience and takes a hands-on, tailored approach to help his clients find success with each transaction. Originally from Williamsburg, Virginia, Riley graduated cum laude from Old Dominion University with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He has earned both a CPA certification and a CCIM designation and is a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Real Estate (GRACRE) and the Richmond Property Owners’ Association. Volunteer service includes HOPE Church, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Curated Culture Board member, former Friends of Art board member, and various local community civic groups. Outside of helping his clients, Riley enjoys reading, cycling, hiking, traveling and downhill skiing.
