Kerri started her real estate career during the market crash and thrived when most agents were getting out of the business, leading Northern California’s #1 short sales team. Growing up on welfare as a kid, Monopoly was her favorite game. She started working young and saved her money to buy her first home (a crack house turned “home sweet home”) the day she turned 25. Her boss at the tattoo shop taught her the power of leverage, encouraging her to purchase an income property when she thought she “didn’t have enough savings.” Over the years she went from being a real estate agent to a business owner and built a team that attracts the best talent. Thinking outside the Monopoly box has led her to become the successful agent, team leader, and homeowner advocate she is today.
