Mr. Rankin received a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University with concentrations in the fields of urban planning and business. While attending ASU his main focus in urban planning was in redevelopment and re-zoning of infill land. After college Mr. Rankin interned in London for the real estate investment firm Winkworth working with the real estate investment group. While interning he worked very closely with the President of the company learning the dynamics of running an international real estate firm. Mr. Rankin is a second generation real estate entrepreneur. His family has been involved in real estate investments in Arizona and California for the last three decades. Most of the investments consisted of large tracks of farm land for speculation. Mr. Rankin’s current focus at Omni is in landlord and tenant representation and real estate investment.
