Kent Hricko

Mr. Hricko has over 20 years of experience and has transacted over $2 billion worth of real estate deals. He began his career at CNL Hospitality Corp where he worked as a financial analyst gaining experience in the underwriting of hospitality assets. After leaving CNL in 2002 he went to work for Ocean Waters Development where he oversaw the company’s investment activities to include acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. While at Ocean Waters Mr. Hricko completed more than 120 individual real estate transactions valued in excess of $750 million with another $500 million of financings. Following his time at Ocean Waters, Mr. Hricko co-founded Inner Circle Investments that had ownership and managed 37 individual hotel assets located throughout the southeast United States. In 2012, Mr. Hricko joined Marcus & Millichap where he led the Orlando hotel brokerage division for the company. In 2019 Mr. Hricko co-founded Guidance Hotel Group with Grizzard Commercial Real Estate with the intention of filling a need in the hotel brokerage space by providing clients industry-leading marketing and technology, and experience to drive value and help grow wealth through the strategic acquisition and disposition of assets.
