Kenneth Wong

Ken Wong joined DivcoWest in 2016 and serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all facets of capital markets, financial reporting, treasury, and tax decisions and strategies. Ken is an Investment Committee member and serves on both the Executive and Operating Committees. Prior to joining DivcoWest, Ken was Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of MWest Properties, the strategic joint venture between DivcoWest and TPG Capital. There he supervised all related financial matters and advised on asset management and operations. Ken was also the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Menlo Equities for 14 years, where he was responsible for all facets of the company’s operations and financial matters. He also served as Tax Manager at Coopers & Lybrand, focusing on private and institutional real estate operating companies and REITs. Ken is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and emphasis in accounting and finance.
