Ken joined Thalhimer in August of 2000 as an associate broker after twelve years’ association with Carpenter Brothers, Inc. Realtors, a former Peninsula firm in which Ken served as Vice President. Coupled with Ken’s 33 years as a licensed real estate professional and his 60+ year native roots to the Peninsula, Ken has achieved both a successful and working knowledge of the Peninsula commercial marketplace. Ken has completed significant investment sales within the self-storage industry and manufactured mobile homes communities. Additionally, Ken provides a broad range of general brokerage services in land transactions and development to include office and industrial sales and leasing. Ken currently holds a brokerage license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
