Kenneth Haydis

Ken has over 45 years of real estate experience, having started his career in commercial lending, where he also invested in apartment buildings in Manhattan Beach, CA on the side. Ken started focusing solely on building his real estate portfolio in 1991 when he developed his second multitenant industrial flex building, International Business Center. He now owns and co-manages 100,000 square feet of multitenant industrial located in Inglewood, along with 12 apartment units located in Manhattan Beach. Ken’s attention to detail and finance acumen have contributed to his success. Going forward he will oversee the growth of IBC Realty Partners, ensuring the principals that he maintained while growing his current portfolio continues with IBC Realty Partners.
