As Principal, Kenneth Fantes oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including investment strategy, capital structuring, acquisitions, and dispositions. With over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Kenneth has built a strong track record. He began his career as an associate on an investment sales team at Fortune International in Miami, where he was involved in transactions totaling over $250 million. He later founded Biscayne Companies, where he managed a multifamily portfolio exceeding $100 million across the southeastern United States for seven years. Throughout his career, Kenneth has directly influenced transactions exceeding $300 million, including the capitalization, development, and sales of condominiums in the Caribbean and South Florida.
