Kenneth Crimmins

Kenneth F. Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR is CEO, Chairman and Principal of The Blau & Berg Company. He has been with the company since 1973, rising through the ranks to his present position. In 1990, he was instrumental in the acquisition of The Blau & Berg Company from Primerica/Margaretten and is the major principal of the firm. Experienced in all phases of real estate negotiations, cost analyses, and landlord/tenant relationships, he specializes in distribution and transportation related terminals in New Jersey and the Northeast.
