Kendall Wallace

Kendall Wallace serves as a Transaction Manager on JLL’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services team in Houston. She is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date comprehensive market research and providing broker support on financial analyses and data analytics. Her day-to-day focus on the details allows our brokers to guide our clients to make the most informed business decisions. In addition to her tasks in research, Kendall’s interpersonal and relationship-building skills bring a unique aspect to our team. Her prior work experience has prepared her to be a diligent communicator. Her relational qualities combined with her exceptional critical thinking skills enable her to listen and respond effectively in order to strategically problem-solve on behalf of our clients.
