Ken Jacobsmeyer

Ken Jacobsmeyer joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016, helping establish the firm’s Baton Rouge office. Prior to joining M&M, he worked for a RE Developer from 2008-2016, thus is an experienced real estate professional. In his current role of Associate Director Investments, Ken specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased investment properties throughout the United States. He is a highly skilled professional who works to evaluate, negotiate, and execute maximum value for his clients. Ken advises all types of owners/investors built on his three core principles: Honesty, Integrity, and Trust. In January of 2024, Ken moved back to his hometown of St. Louis and joined the firm's office there.
