Ken Holliday

Ken Holliday, A Commercial Broker has spent his entire 39-year real estate career in the Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati area. His continued professionalism and dedication to the Commercial Real Estate Practice has driven him to explore all aspects of real estate brokerage: office, retail, industrial, land development, and investment portfolios; providing tenant representation, purchase vs. lease evaluation, corporate planning, asset disposition, lease re-negotiations, and investment cash-flow analysis. Ken is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has completed the course programs for designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the highest recognized certification in commercial brokerage. Ken’s hobbies include playing drums at Lakeside Christian Church, cooking at the Mary Rose Mission, and serving abroad with The Way Ministries Guadalajara. Ken has held a Kentucky Real Estate Broker’s License since 1993.
